Expectations from the 3+1 training model: Banaz Vocational School case

*This study was presented as "Abstract Text" entitled "Review of the expectation of vocational high school students from 3+1 educational program". ERPA International Congresses on Education 2015, Athens, Greece, p. 42.
This study was planned as a descriptive study to determine the expectations of the students in Banaz Vocational School of Higher Education from "3+1 training model" before starting the training, which has initially been introduced during the 2012-2013 season on Business Management Programme, Tourism and Hotel Management Programme, Chemistry and Chemical Processing Technology Programme and Furniture and Decoration Programme. The population of the study was 115 students included in the 3+1 training model of these programmes. Out of 115 students, 90 of them participated in the study. Collected data was analyzed with SPSS which is statistical analysis software. In conclusion most of the students don't know any information about 3+1 training model despite their first order of preference. But after the students had information about the model, determined that the students believed that they will be more successful in the industry after graduation.
